Bluffton Bulldog Football and Cheerleading Sponsorship Form

The Bluffton Bulldog Organization is a non-profit organization that offers Bluffton children ages 6-12, the opportunity to participate in youth football and cheerleading in conjunction with the Lowcountry Football and Cheerleading League.

The goal of our program is to provide the opportunity for all children to learn about the sports of football and cheerleading, regardless of their abilities or family’s financial status. In addition to skills in football and cheerleading, we strive to teach good sportsmanship, healthy competition, fair play and respect. Our players travel throughout Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton counties for their games as well as participating in the Shrine Bowl and numerous cheerleading competitions. These programs run from the beginning of August through November. The Bluffton Bulldog Organization is run by a dedicated group of parents, who volunteer their time as commissioners, coordinators, coaches, team moms and Booster Club members and due to the ongoing dedication of our parents, the Bulldog Organization is in its 40^th year.

The expense of field time, insurance for all football players and cheerleaders, as well as uniforms and equipment is an ongoing concern for all youth organizations. The Bluffton Bulldog Organization is always looking for ways to defray these costs to keep this great program accessible to all Bluffton youth. As a community member, we need your help.

Your individual or corporate sponsorship can help promote youth football and cheerleading in our area while providing tangible benefits to your business or organization. Upon receipt of your generous donation, you will receive a letter from our Treasurer, Kira Swiger with all required documentation for your tax deductible donation. The generous support of our Sponsors is vital in helping us contain the rising costs involved with youth football and cheerleading while providing our children with the best possible environment to develop both on and off the field. Since we are strictly a volunteer organization with no paid positions, your contribution will directly benefit the kids within our program. Your contribution benefits the children at a minimum in the following ways:

Replenish medical kits, water bottles, and supplies for each team

Replace football jerseys and cheerleading uniforms

Helps pay for required safety equipment for our developmental level players

Ensures all children are covered with liability insurance due to injury

Help offset team expenses for a player of your choice. Please let the Treasurer or Sponsorship Coordinator know the name of the athlete you would like to sponsor. If no athlete is specified, the funds will be added to help a sponsor a Bulldog registration fee for the year.
